BooGoSport helps you find the right coach, court, gym online. After a quick registration, you can already browse the calendars of sports providers and book free dates that suit you.
When booking sports, you can reserve the courts and halls of a given sports provider for sports. You can also find a coach for yourself and sign up for private or group training.
If you want to play sports, after a quick registration you can book free appointments with coaches and club courts. If you register as a coach or club administrator, you can manage bookings and free dates in your online calendar, which anyone can view and book/pay at any time.
Click on the Registration page and choose the role that suits you (Athlete, Trainer, Club)
The system offers both coaches and club operators the opportunity to pay for appointments online.
Each coach or gym has its own rules for cancellations. You should read them before booking, but be sure to discuss this matter with the sports service provider through the system's internal messaging system!
The reservation regulations are determined individually by the given coach or club operator in their Reservation Rules. It is definitely worth reading this before you book an appointment with someone.
The system allows an athlete to make one reservation at the same time. The service provider can make a separate reservation, but it will not be linked to your athlete profile.
If you are logged in as an athlete, you can find the service provider by searching for the name in the athlete menu under messages and write them a message.
After registration, everyone gets an activation e-mail, which is also worth checking in the Promotions or SPAM folder. It contains an activation link, which can be clicked to activate the athlete registration. If you did not receive one, let us know and we can activate your account manually.

Sport Providers related questions

The use of the basic system is completely free for trainers. Club operators have a monthly fee after the advertised courts, if they have at least 2 courts. You can read more about this on the Prices page. You can also use additional functions that have a monthly fee or a commission, such as online payment and invoicing.
The system provides the opportunity to set individual discounts and even season tickets for athletes. Moreover, you can even use coupon code promotions. In this way, users with a season ticket can book cheaper or even completely free according to the conditions.
If an athlete cancels an appointment, it is final. It can be set to how many hours/days before the start can athletes cancel an appointment, beyond that the athlete cannot cancel.
Currently there is no administrator approval for reservations. So, if an athlete makes a reservation, it is actually entered into the system as a reservation. (Approval would significantly slow down the process) In the case of payment by bank card, the athlete pays in advance, so if he/she does not show up, it is up to the service provider to according to its policy, how much will it repay in such cases.
You can also make a reservation as an admin, as your own reservation with any comments, or on behalf of an existing athlete Reserve.
The online bank card payment works with BARION integration, with the use of that athletes have to pay in advance for the booked time slots, thus the finalization can be solved.
The website can be embedded in an existing website with an iFrame solution. You can even directly link to the court's calendar of a service provider, so visitors can also see the current court schedule on their own website.

The system usage must be paid monthly and retrospectively. We will send an invoice for the exact fee at the beginning of next month, which can be settled by bank transfer.
Of course, invoicing can also be done this way, if it is easier for the service provider. However, if the monthly fee changes, for example due to the activation of an additional service, the additional fee will be invoiced subsequently.
Passes can be created in a wide range of ways. They can also be defined based on a period of time, or even based on a location. So if it is only a tennis pass, the specific pass can only be used when booking tennis courts, not for football, for example. The passes operate on a credit-based system, which the athletes can continuously follow in their own Pass menu to see exactly where they are. Also, when booking, they can see how many credits are deducted by the system.
The allocation of dates at the beginning of the season can currently be solved in such a way that athletes can make repeated bookings with one operation. There are no restrictions, so it can also be done during the year, if those times are free. If there is a demand that certain renters are guaranteed, for example, the Monday 18-20 time slot, then at the beginning of the season the pitches can be set to private status and only those who receive a private invitation from the service provider can make a reservation. For example, they are given 2 weeks, after which the courses can be made public and the dates will be available to everyone and they can book freely.
Available season tickets can be listed within the club profile and can be paid by athletes via BARION, or even by paying on site or bank transfer is also possible. In the case of online payment, the pass is automatically activated with the assigned credits, so the athlete can use it immediately after purchase.
Of course, there is an option for private operation . Then only invited members can see the court calendar and book an appointment, no other registered users.
There is a unique athlete settings menu, which can be used to color the athletes' times. This way, everyone can have a different color in the calendar.
The extra services extension performs this task, among other things. You can create a 'Request a coach' service, which the athlete can check when booking, so he can request a coach in advance, the service provider will also be notified.
The Athlete-Athlete view can be specified for each athlete in the individual athlete settings visibility, through which the booking name also appears in the calendar.
If there is a cancellation, you can send a message to all athletes as admin via the internal messaging system using the Message to everyone option. If this message will not be viewed by the athlete within ~30 minutes, then an automatization will also send it out by email. This way, everyone can be informed relatively quickly about the free time. However, you can only set this manually.
